Mirzapur fame actor Vikrant Massey’s film ‘The Sabarmati Report’ has been released in theatres. The film is getting mixed response from people. Along with Vikrant, Riddhi Dogra and Raashi Khanna are also in lead roles in this film based on the Godhra incident of Gujarat. The film was released in theaters on November 15, after which there is a lot of discussion about the film everywhere. Meanwhile, news has come that this film has now become tax free in UP. Officials gave information about this decision on Thursday. This decision has been taken by CM Yogi Adityanath.
CM Yogi along with many of his colleagues watched the film The Sabarmati Report in a hall in Lucknow, after which he took this decision. The film’s lead actor Vikrant Massey and many others were also present in this program. After watching the film, the Chief Minister announced to make it tax free in Uttar Pradesh.
The film is based on Godhra incident
Let us tell you, after watching the film, it has been made tax free in Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and also in Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan. After watching this film, PM Modi has also praised it a lot. The Sabarmati Report is based on the heinous incident of setting fire to a train full of kar sevaks at Godhra station in Gujarat on 27 February 2002.
