According to Jayen Mehta, Chairman of Bharat Taxi and MD of Amul, this model is completely different from traditional aggregator companies. He said that in this platform, 100 percent of the earnings from rides reach directly to the drivers and no commission is deducted. according to them

The biggest problem for drivers in the mobility sector for a long time has been huge commissions and uncertain income. In the model of private aggregator companies, a large amount was deducted as commission, which affected the income of the drivers. But Bharat Taxi has changed this system. Here the drivers are the stakeholders of this cooperative. This is the reason why after joining this platform, the monthly income of many charioteers has increased by 25 to 30 percent. This change is not limited to just statistics, but is also improving the economic condition of thousands of families.

Praveen Thakor, a driver associated with Bharat Taxi, says that working on other platforms is no longer as profitable as before. He said that after joining Bharat Taxi, he is getting better fares and faster response. Relief from Dynamic Pricing: Passengers are getting cheap and transparent fares
Bharat Taxi is not only beneficial for the drivers, but the passengers are also getting direct benefits from it. In private cab companies, fares often increase suddenly due to ‘dynamic pricing’, due to which passengers have to pay more. In contrast, Bharat Taxi has kept the fare system transparent and stable. This is the reason why passengers have to pay 15 percent less fare on an average.
Passenger Benefits in Bharat Taxi: Beneficial model for both passengers and drivers
Driver Janak Barot says that no commission is charged in this platform and the payment comes directly into the drivers’ account. He said, “Here we feel like owners. While in other companies the fare reaches around Rs 30 per kilometre, on Bharat Taxi, passengers are getting affordable rates of Rs 17-18 per kilometre. In future, facilities like pension and insurance are also expected.”
Bharat Taxi Expansion: More than 6 lakh Sarathi and 35 lakh app downloads
Bharat Taxi’s network is growing rapidly. Nearly 1 lakh drivers in Gujarat and more than 6 lakh drivers across the country have joined this platform. The number of app downloads has crossed 35 lakhs. After getting good success in Ahmedabad and Surat, the company is now preparing to expand its operations in Vadodara also.
Gujarat Mobility Platform: Company reaching people directly through BTL strategy

He said that drivers get approval within about 12 hours of uploading the documents on the app, due to which a large number of people are joining it.
Gujarat Police SOS Integration: Strong combination of security and technology
Bharat Taxi has also launched direct SOS integration with Gujarat Police keeping in mind the safety of passengers and drivers. This feature helps in providing immediate assistance when needed. Apart from this, special route connectivity has also been provided to major religious places like Somnath and Dwarkadhish, thereby providing easy travel facilities to the devotees.
Integrated Transit System: Metro, GSRTC and airport related services
To ease travel in the state, Bharat Taxi has developed an integrated transit system with Metro, GSRTC and Airport Authority. With this, passengers are getting the benefit of different transport services through a single network. To maintain the quality of service, till now more than 10 thousand drivers have been given training in digital literacy and soft skills.
