Brijesh Kumar faction of Central Kali Puja Committee had described the youth of Parbati as anti-social elements. When the procession reached Station Chowk on Saturday night, a dispute started between Vishvesh Arya and Brijesh Kumar, president of the Vishesh Arya faction of the puja committee, and then within no time a commotion broke out. During this time people threw chairs at each other.

While the Brajesh group has accused the administration of negligence, the people of the Vishvesh Arya group have accused Brajesh of abusing. It is being told that during this entire uproar, policemen were also present on the spot, but people were not ready to listen to anyone. During the uproar, the people of Parbatti puja committee created a ruckus. They pelted stones heavily on the stage. Three people have been injured in this entire incident.
The committee had already expressed suspicion of ruckus
As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot in two vehicles and calmed down the matter by pacifying the people. This is not the first time that there was a ruckus during the procession of Central Kali Puja Committee last year. A few days ago, a press conference was also held by the Central General Committee regarding the security of the procession, in which the officials of the committee had expressed suspicion of ruckus during the procession.
