Ingredients to make Beetroot Halwa
- 2 medium sized beets
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon saffron
- 2 tbsp almonds or pistachios
How to make beetroot pudding
- Wash and clean the beetroot. Then peel it and take it out.
- – Heat ghee in a pan. Then add chopped beetroot in it.
- – Let it cook for some time, then add milk to it.
- – Then boil again and add sugar to it
- After the halwa is cooked, add chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder and saffron to it. Your beetroot halwa is ready. serve hot.
