The police have arrested two people in the case of an explosion in a mosque in Beed district of Maharashtra. According to officials, the police have taken action against these people under the rigorous illegal activity Act and the Code of India (BNS) for terrorist activities.
On March 30, the first of Eid-ul-Fitr, gelatin rods broke in the mosque of Ardha Masla village of Jiorai tehsil. Two people were arrested after a dispute between two groups during the procession. However, no one was injured in the explosion, but the inner part there was completely damaged.
Which streams were imposed?
The police arrested local residents Vijay Ram Gawhane and Shriram Ashok Sagade within a few hours of the explosion, both are 22 and 24 years old. The Beed police initially registered a case under different sections of BNS, including 298 (harm or impure the place of worship with the intention of insulting the religion of a class), 299 (deliberately with the intention of hurting religious sentiments and doing malicious tasks, hiding humiliation) and 196 (promoting enmity between two communities).
It is difficult to get bail in UAPA case
All these were found to be correct in police investigation. The police have now implemented BNS section 113 (terrorist acts) and UAPA sections 15, 16 and 18 which are associated with punishment and conspiracy for terrorist acts. It is difficult to get bail under UAPA. The accused also made a video before that blast.
The people of the village got the building repaired
After this incident, the local people there got new tiles in the building and completed its repair. People combined together with Gudi Padwa festival, Ramadan and Eid celebrations.
