The accused was released from jail after posting the surety of the deceased person. According to the information, the person on whose papers the accused had taken bail had died 16 months ago. After the accused got bail, the victim lodged a complaint in the court and police. After which there was a stir in the police and revenue department regarding this unique case.
In fact, the accused who committed fraud worth lakhs in the name of one person and fatally attacked a husband and wife got bail. The accused got bail on the papers of a dead person. The person in whose name the bail was taken had died 16 months ago. After the accused came out of jail, the victim has now filed a complaint in the court and police. Due to which there was panic among the police and revenue personnel also.

Shariq Abbasi, a resident of Rohli Tola of Baradari, said that his wife was planning to contest the councilor election. Due to this, a person from Imambara of Madinashah attacked him and his wife due to rivalry. Shariq Abbasi told that 9-10 people who attacked him beat him. He also beat up my wife. Shariq had complained about this matter to the police but the accused had surrendered in the court.
Shariq gave an application and told the court that the name of the accused who has presented him for bail is Anees Ahmed. Shariq also told the court that Anees Ahmed had died 16 months ago. Anees had died on 27 June 2023. In this regard, the death certificate has also been issued by the Municipal Corporation on 30 August 2023.

Inspector Amit Pandey of Baradari police station said that on October 23, the accused in this case, Mohammad Sajid, Rahis Mian, Shamshad Hussain, and Mujibur Rahman had surrendered in the court. After surrendering, the accused had also filed an application for bail. The bail application of the accused was accepted. He said that the matter of getting bail in the name of the deceased person is not yet known.
