The Darul Uloom management of Deoband, Saharanpur had imposed a ban on women’s entry into Darul Uloom, which has now been decided to be removed. Darul Uloom management has withdrawn its decision to ban the entry of women.
A ban was imposed on the entry of women into Muslim educational institution Darul Uloom in the month of May. The reason given for imposing the ban was that women come to the campus and take photographs and make reels, which disturbs the studies of other children. Due to this this decision was taken. However, now this decision has been withdrawn.
Entry conditions
After this decision, women will now be able to enter Darul Uloom, but the conditions of entry have been made strict. Women will be given entry in Darul Uloom along with their husbands. Also, a two-hour visitor pass will be made. Taking photographs and making videos is not allowed inside Darul Uloom. There will be a ban on eating food while sitting in the premises of the institution.
