Due to this, children may experience irritability, less attention and reduced learning ability.

Experts say that nowadays children are less physically active, due to this their brain health is adversely affected.

Consuming excess junk food, sugar and processed food can affect the energy and concentration of children.

Complete sleep and balanced diet- Good sleep is very important for the best mental health development of children. During sleep, the brain organizes the things learned throughout the day and the memory becomes stronger. A diet rich in nutrients is necessary for the development of mental health. Effect of childhood habits on neurological development- During childhood and adolescence, the process of neuroplasticity occurs rapidly in the brain, in which new neural connections are formed. Lack of sleep, constant screen exposure and stress can affect this process, affecting cognitive function, attention and learning ability. Therefore, children should get complete sleep and keep screen time to a minimum.

It is important to remain physically active- In today’s digital era, children have started spending more time on mobile phones and screens. Whereas sports and exercise improve blood flow in the brain. In a way that increases the ability to focus and learn new things. Instead of just reading books, children should be given opportunities for painting, music, puzzles, reading stories and learning new things. These activities activate different parts of the brain and develop the creative mind.

Too much study pressure on children can also affect their mental health. Parents should maintain communication with children and provide a positive environment by understanding their interests.
