Baba Siddiqui’s son Zeeshan Siddiqui joined NCP Ajit Pawar faction after his father’s murder. He has also been given a party ticket for the Maharashtra Assembly elections to be held next month. After the murder of his father, he has now come to perform his first Umrah, from where he remembered his father. While posting on the X handle, he wrote that Baba Siddiqui always used to perform Umrah before and after the elections.
Remembering his father Baba Siddiqui, Zishan Siddiqui wrote, “After Papa’s first MLA election in 1999 and even after my first election in 2019, Papa and I always used to perform Umrah and after filing our election nominations, we went to Mecca and Used to go to Medina. This would be my first Umrah without my father but as soon as I landed at Jeddah airport, some local people stopped me and took a picture with me and told me that they were fans of my father. This is the love and respect he has earned all over the world.”

Said attack on MVA
Ajit Pawar faction has given ticket to Zeeshan Siddiqui from Bandra East. After this, he was recently seen attacking Maha Vikas Aghadi. He described Mahavikas Aghadi as a hypocrite and alleged that he was kept in the dark. Zeeshan said MVA leaders had initially met him and promised that he could contest the elections without any opposition as a tribute to his late father’s legacy.
What did you say by joining NCP?
After joining NCP, Ajit Pawar had told the public that I will demand the mandate of the people and will try my best to carry forward the cause for which my father dedicated his life. I will do everything possible to serve the people of Bandra East and beyond.
