Ramnagari Ayodhya is currently busy preparing for Ram Baraat. Ram Baraat will depart from Karsevakapuram at 9 am on 26th November. From Ayodhya to Janakpur, the wedding preparations are such that a glimpse of Ram Baraat of Treta Yug will be seen. In such a situation, 10 artisans are busy in decorating the chariot for Ram Baraat in Karsevakapuram. This time, wedding processions from 17 provinces will participate in the Ram Baraat.
VHP’s Union Minister said that apart from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, the procession will include people from various districts of Uttar Pradesh including Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra. 40 Vedic Brahmins are also coming from Tirupati to conduct the marriage of Shri Sitaram. These Vedic Brahmins will directly reach Janakpur and organize the marriage of Shri Sitaram.
The marriage took place on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha.
Mother Sita was born in Janakpur, Nepal. Sweets will be sent from Ayodhya to Janakpur for the wedding festival of Lord Shri Ram and Mother Sita. The marriage of Shri Ram and Sita ji took place on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha. It is called Vivah Panchami. In such a situation, every year this date is celebrated as the wedding anniversary of both of them. This year Vivah Panchami will be celebrated on 6 December 2024.
1,11,111 laddus being sent from Mahakaleshwar temple
Mahakaleshwar Temple Management Committee, on behalf of Madhya Pradesh Government, has sent 1,11,111 laddus in the form of Prasad to Ayodhya for the residents of Janakpur. Shri Mahakaleshwar Temple Administrator Ganesh Dhakad said that Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has sent the laddus to Ayodhya for the wedding celebration organized at the birthplace of Mother Sita. In January this year, during the Pran Pratistha Mahotsav of Lord Shri Ram, 5 lakh Laddus Prasad were sent from Ujjain to Ayodhya in containers.
