August will be the mega month of IPO! Know which companies everyone will keep an eye on

More than a dozen mainboard IPOs are preparing to enter the market next month. Through these IPOs, companies will try to raise more than Rs 25,000 crore. The names of many big companies like Zepto, Shiprocket, TrueHome Finance, Elevate Campuses are included in this list. Market experts believe that due to stability in the stock market and increasing confidence of investors, companies are rapidly launching IPOs.

Why is the pace of IPO increasing?

According to merchant bankers, the atmosphere in the stock market has improved for some time. For this reason, many companies, which had earlier postponed their IPOs, are now preparing to launch them. Many experts believe that India’s IPO market remains strong in the long term. He estimates that in 2026, India can raise about $ 20 billion (about ₹ 1.7 lakh crore) through IPO.

Zepto will have the biggest IPO

Quick commerce company Zepto can bring the most talked about IPO in August. The company will issue new shares worth Rs 8,010 crore. Apart from this, existing investors will sell 11.34 crore equity shares through Offer for Sale (OFS).

Shiprocket and TrueHome Finance also ready

E-commerce logistics company Shiprocket is preparing to launch an IPO worth about Rs 2,342.35 crore. In this, new shares worth Rs 1,100 crore will be issued, while shares worth Rs 1,242.35 crore will be sold through OFS. Whereas TrueHome Finance aims to raise Rs 3,000 crore. This will include new shares worth Rs 1,500 crore and OFS worth Rs 1,500 crore.

These companies can also bring IPO

Apart from this, Elevate Campuses will bring an IPO of Rs 2,550 crore, in which only new shares will be issued. Innovative View India can bring a completely OFS based IPO of around Rs 2,000 crore. Milky Mist Dairy Food is also preparing to launch an IPO of Rs 1,553 crore. Apart from these, companies like Dhut Transmission, ARCIL, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, Shankesh Jewelers, Rays of Belief, ARD Industries, Hi-Tech Engineers and Learnfluence Education can also enter the capital market in August.

So far this year, 36 companies have launched IPO.

So far in the year 2026, IPOs of 36 companies have come in the mainboard segment. Of these, 9 IPOs were launched only in the month of July. Next week, the IPO of Manipal Health Enterprises will open on 29th July, while the IPOs of Juniper Green Energy and MV Electrosystems will open on 30th July. Experts say that the continuously increasing IPO activities are an indication that investor confidence in the Indian stock market remains strong.
