Former Maharashtra Home Minister and NCP (Sharad Pawar) leader Anil Deshmukh was attacked on Monday. Anil Deshmukh was going towards Katol after finishing the election meeting in Narkhed. Meanwhile, stones were pelted at his car near Belphata on Katol Jalalkheda Road. He suffered head injury in this attack.

“Law and order has ended in Maharashtra”

Sanjay Raut said, regarding Anil Deshmukh, the matter is such that the law and order of Maharashtra has completely ended. This type of terrible violence has never happened in elections in this state. Sanjay Raut further said, the entire sources are in the hands of the Election Commission, that is why the Election Commission is responsible first of all.

Sanjay Raut further said, Devendra Fadnavis has voted for law and order in two years. The manner in which Baba Siddiqui was murdered and former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh was attacked, who is a senior political leader of Maharashtra, seven-time MLA and also a minister. Also, he is very close to Sharad Pawar Saheb, Devendra Fadnavis should take responsibility for the way he was attacked. BJP says this is a stunt. Maharashtra does not need to learn this stunt from Narendra Modi.

What did you say about the religious war?

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis had termed the Maharashtra Assembly elections as a crusade of votes to counter vote jihad. Regarding this, Sanjay Raut said, the talk of religious war is right, here we always talk about one Maharashtra religion. This Maharashtra religion has been prevalent since the time of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. He further said, a religious war is definitely going on against the initiative taken by Narendra Modi ji, Amit Shah ji, Devendra Fadnavis and Eknath Shinde to loot Maharashtra.

Sanjay Raut said about Raj Thackeray, the thing is that it has been a long time since Raj Thackeray left Shiv Sena. He further said, once upon a time Raj Thackeray ji used to be our friend, but I feel that Bharatiya Janata Party has completely captured his mind. Also, regarding BJP’s narrative of “Vote Jihad”, he said, this jihad etc. will end by tomorrow evening.

Voting will be held on 288 seats of Maharashtra on 20th November and the results of the elections will be known on 23rd November.
