Sushmita Dev told the reason for leaving TMC

  • Explaining the reason for her decision to leave TMC, she said, “I had political and personal reasons behind it. In a free country, any leader can take any decision in his political life. I thank the people of Bengal, but I have to work in Assam. Keeping this in mind, I have taken this decision.
  • Sushmita said, “There is a long story behind taking this decision. I don’t think it is necessary to reveal everything in politics. I did not want to be in a situation where I have to be in two boats. This is not the right way to do politics.”
