Bought a new phone for threat
When the police questioned the accused in this regard, they did not get any answer from his side which could satisfy them. According to Bandra Police, the accused had received the landline number of the police station through online Just Dial and after that he had made a threat call. Bandra Police’s investigation has also revealed that the mobile phone used by the accused to threaten Shahrukh was purchased a week ago i.e. on 30th October.
Police suspect mobile theft
Accused Faizan himself had purchased this mobile and he used it by inserting his old SIM card. He lodged a complaint of theft of his mobile on November 2, but did not get the mobile number switched off. According to the investigation of Bandra Police, if the mobile had been stolen then the person who stole it would have changed the SIM cord and inserted another SIM, but in this case nothing like this happened. Not only this, after the theft of the mobile, the accused did not make any effort to trace it by calling the SIM installed in it.
After purchasing the mobile on October 30, the accused used it for 107 seconds at 11:27 pm on October 31, 125 seconds at 11:30 pm, 38 seconds at 11:43 pm, 379 seconds on November 1 at 2:24 pm, 69 seconds at 2.57 pm. , the accused talked for 395 seconds at 3 o’clock and 157 seconds at 9.22 in the night, this conversation He did not give any answer to the police as to whom he had asked.
