This property has been bought by Umang Rajkumar Budhraja. Registration of the sale took place on 1 July 2026. Registration records show that Arshad Warsi had purchased this shop in February 2012 for Rs 2.12 crore. Now after selling it for Rs 6.25 crore, he got a property gain of more than Rs 4 crore. That means the value of this investment almost tripled in 14 years.
