Bhopal/Anuppur. A major road accident took place in Anuppur district of Madhya Pradesh on Saturday. A tractor-trolley filled with devotees suddenly went out of control and overturned in Bijora village of Pushprajgarh area of the district. Many devotees died in the accident, while many others are said to be injured. After the incident, there was chaos in the area and local people started relief and rescue operations.
Devotees were going to visit the temple
According to the information, the devotees traveling in a tractor-trolley were going to visit the temple. Meanwhile, near Bijora village, the vehicle lost its balance and the trolley overturned on the road. The accident was so horrific that there was screams on the spot. The nearby villagers immediately arrived for help and the injured were taken out and taken to the hospital.

He said that the news of untimely death and injuries of people due to overturning of a tractor-trolley carrying devotees to the temple in village Bijora of Pushprajgarh area of Anuppur district is very sad. Rs 4 lakh each as assistance to the families of the deceased
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has instructed the state government to provide financial assistance of Rs 4 lakh each to the families of those who lost their lives in the accident. At the same time, arrangements for the treatment of the injured are also being made by the administration. Administrative officials are continuously monitoring the situation.

Treatment of injured continues, administration alert
After the accident, the local administration and police team reached the spot. The injured have been admitted to the nearest hospital, where their treatment is ongoing. The administration has started investigating the entire matter and the reasons for the accident are being ascertained.
