According to media reports, the Finance Ministry, taking the matter seriously, called an emergency meeting with banks this evening. The objective of this meeting was to understand how vulnerable Indian banks are to cyber threats related to Mythos app and how they can be prevented.
This meeting was called within 24 hours of the news that some outsiders had gained access to Anthropic’s AI app. Whereas the company had already said that it would not release this model publicly, because it could pose major risks related to cyber security. This AI model is being considered a big threat to the banking sector. This is because the IT system of banks connects together many different parties such as companies, common customers and other financial services. This makes transactions very easy and fast, but this system can also become a big target for cyber attacks.
How big a threat is ‘Mythos’ to the banking system?

These countries are also worried
