Airbrick Infra, India’s fast-growing AI-powered commercial design and build company, has announced a major expansion of its business. The company plans to strengthen its presence across the country and become a major workspace solutions brand in Asia and the Middle East with a revenue target of Rs 150 crore in FY 2026-27.
New offices opened in many cities
Along with starting the new headquarters in New Delhi, the company has also opened regional offices in Noida, Bengaluru, Surat, Mumbai and Delhi. Airbrick is now active in more than 65 cities of the country. The company aims to complete large commercial interior and workspace projects faster and with better local support.
Big target with 100% YoY growth
Sanjeev Bhandari, Founder and CEO of Airbrick Infra, said that the company is expanding in view of the rapidly growing opportunities in India’s commercial infrastructure sector. He said that the company is getting strong confidence from enterprise and managed workspace clients, due to which it is rapidly moving towards the revenue target of Rs 150 crore.
Demand increasing due to GCC boom
Due to the rapidly increasing number of Global Capability Centers (GCC) in India, the demand for premium office space and technology based workspace is continuously increasing. Multinational companies are expanding rapidly in cities like Bengaluru, Gurugram, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai. In view of this increasing demand, Airbrick is using AI-based space planning, real-time project tracking and smart visualization technology.
Emphasis on technology-first model
The company is providing services like design consultancy, 3D visualization, MEP consultancy, procurement and turnkey project execution on a single platform. Airbrick says its technology-first model will help provide scalable and smart workspace solutions to fast-growing businesses.
