After Jharkhand, now mountain of notes found in Bihar, ED took 24 hours to count

While the Enforcement Directorate (ED) action was going on against the Congress MP from Jharkhand, a new case came to light from Bihar. In Vaishali, Bihar, ED has raided three locations of Bihar Board topper scam kingpin and education mafia Amit Kumar alias Bacha Rai and recovered about Rs 3 crore. ED had ordered two machines to count the notes found in Bacha Rai’s house. Despite this, it took 24 hours to complete the counting. ED had started this action early on Saturday morning simultaneously at Bacha Rai’s residence in Kiratpur Rajaram, Bhagwanpur, Vishun Rai College and Vishun Rajdev Training College.

This action was completed on Sunday morning. ED has seized the cash and all the documents recovered from these three places. According to ED sources, a mountain of currency notes was found at Bacha Rai’s hideout. Bank officials were called with note counting machines to count these notes. After 24 hours of continuous counting and tallying, the process has now been completed. According to ED sources, during this action, documents of plots, flats etc. were also found from Bacha Rai’s premises in many other cities including Patna, Vaishali and Delhi.

All these documents are being investigated separately. Let us tell you that in the year 2016, three students of Bacha Rai Inter College had topped. Among these topper students, there was also a student named Ruby Rai. When the media talked to this student, she could not even tell the name of her subject properly. After this the matter was investigated. It was revealed that Bachha Rai was running a topper making factory in his school. After this revelation, various agencies investigated the matter and registered cases.

In the same sequence, the Enforcement Directorate had also seized the property of Bacha Rai and started investigation. While the ED was still conducting its investigation, Bachha Rai started illegal construction on the seized land. After the matter came to light, ED filed a fresh case against Bachha Rai in Bhagwanpur police station on 18th November. Now, while investigating the case, they have raided Bacha Rai’s hideouts. According to ED officials, the details of this action will soon be given to the people of the country through social media platform X.
