Adani Group is building the world’s largest green energy park in the desert area of Gujarat. The Green Energy Park will be spread over 726 square km in the Rann of Kutch, Gujarat. This park will generate 30 GW of electricity to power more than 2 crore houses. Gautam Adani himself has shared pictures of the work going on in the park on his X handle. This project of Adani Group is expected to increase India’s green energy capacity, apart from this it will also help in fulfilling the climate pledges made in COP.

By 2030, India will reduce the carbon intensity of its economy by more than 45%. Whereas, by 2070, India will achieve the target of ‘Net Zero’.

It is the largest renewable energy company in the country. On Friday, the company’s shares are trading at Rs 1533.00 with a decline of 5.70 percent. At the same time, in the entire trading week, the shares of Adani Green Energy have seen an upper circuit of 15-20 percent. Before the report of Hindenburg Research, Adani Green Energy’s share was at Rs 2,185.30 but on February 28, it came down to the level of Rs 439.35. However, since then its price has increased almost three times.
