AAP calls for arrest told illegal

Aam Aadmi Party termed the arrest of MLA Naresh Balyan as illegal. MP Sanjay Singh said that BJP made the arrest despite the court’s stay against the fake audio clip. Along with this he said that this is the frustration of BJP.

How did the audio go viral?

The arrest came after BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia released an alleged audio clip in which Balyan was heard planning to extort money from a gangster. Bhatia posted about this matter on social media platform ‘X’ and alleged that Aam Aadmi Party is running an extortion network in Delhi. He said that ransom was being collected from traders and builders of Delhi.

BJP had demanded strict action against Arvind Kejriwal and his party in this matter. Bhatia also said that if Kejriwal and Delhi Chief Minister Atishi do not take action against MLA Balyan, it will be proved that this money is reaching the party leaders.

Sanjay Singh called the audio clip fake

Meanwhile, Aam Aadmi Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh rejected BJP’s allegations and said that the audio clip is ‘fake’. Singh alleged that instead of stopping the increasing crimes in Delhi under the leadership of BJP and Amit Shah, this false allegation is being made to defame Kejriwal and his party.

Along with this, Sanjay Singh said that the detention of Naresh Balyan has exposed the face of BJP. From day one, Aam Aadmi Party has been saying that Amit Shah only wants to stop Arvind Kejriwal and his soldiers. There is a court stay on the alleged recording for which Naresh Balyan has been detained. Along with this, he said that out of anger, BJP has once again put the Constitution and the judiciary at stake.
