Online way to update Aadhaar
You can update Aadhaar address online.
- Go to UIDAI website (https://uidai.gov.in).
- Click on ‘Mera Aadhaar’ tab.
- Select ‘Update Your Service’ option.
- Click on the link ‘Update Address in your Aadhaar’.
- From this link you will be able to update Aadhaar details and address.
- Click on Login option. Login by entering Aadhaar number and captcha code.
- OTP will come on the registered mobile for login, enter it.
- After login, you will get the option to update the address.
- Go to this option and fill the details of the new address and upload the required documents.
- After this click on Submit and make fee payment.
- After payment of fees, Service Request Number (SRN) will be generated.
Aadhaar update request can be tracked through SRN.

UIDAI is giving you the opportunity to update Aadhaar document for free. This facility is free till March 14, but for this also the mobile must be registered. Go to the Aadhaar Update section and click on the Document Update option. Now complete this process by uploading the supporting documents i.e. ID and address proof.
