The woman alleges that Inspector Crime Naresh Kumar Malik posted at Ubhaon police station asked her to meet him personally in the name of filing the charge sheet. SP’s strict action: Not one but two officers suspended
Seeing the seriousness of the matter, Ballia Superintendent of Police Omveer Singh first suspended Inspector Crime Naresh Kumar Malik. During the investigation, the name of Ubhaon police station incharge Sanjay Shukla also came up. After this he was also suspended. At present, the investigation of the entire case has been handed over to the Additional Superintendent of Police.
