Ingredients for making stuffed papad vegetable

  • Ad’s papad
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • ginger-chili paste
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • chilli powder
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Turmeric
  • boiled potatoes
  • Boiled Green Peas
  • Oil
  • Gram flour
  • Curd

How to make vegetable stuffed papad

  • – Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger-chilli paste and fry. – Then fry the chopped onion, now add a little gram flour to it and mix.
  • Then add boiled peas, turmeric and salt and mix. Then add green coriander, mashed boiled potatoes and mix. Then turn off the gas and take it out in a bowl.
  • Soak the papad in water and take it out. Then fill it with the potato stuffing we had made and seal it by rolling the papad. If needed, you can also add two papads.
  • Then heat oil in a pan and fry these spice filled papads. After the papad is roasted, cut it in half.
  • – Now to add vegetables, heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger-chilli paste, onion and fry for a few minutes. – Then add a mashed potato in it.
  • – Then add one spoon of gram flour in it. Then add turmeric, coriander, red chilli powder, salt, curd, tomato and mix. Then let it cook for some time, add water as required and make a gravy like curry. – Then add oiled papad roll in it. So your vegetable stuffed papad is ready.
