Additional educational qualifications have also been prescribed for certain trades.

The minimum age of the applying candidate has been fixed at 15 years and maximum age at 24 years. Reserved category candidates will also be provided relaxation in maximum age limit as per government rules.

There will be no examination in the selection process

While preparing the merit list, the average of the candidate’s 10th marks and ITI marks will be taken. On the same basis, unit wise, trade wise and category wise selection list will be prepared.

The application fee for general category candidates has been fixed at ₹100.

How much stipend will I get?

Selected apprentice candidates will be given monthly stipend as per prescribed rules during the training period.

As per the current provisions, the minimum monthly stipend starts at around ₹9,600, with a provision for increase in subsequent years of training.

Candidates will be able to apply online from the scheduled date. The following documents may be required during the application process-

  • 10th mark sheet

  • ITI certificate

  • Aadhar card

  • passport size photo

  • Signature

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)

  • EWS or EBC Certificate (if applicable)
