In this case, the star batsman of West Indies broke the record of Pakistan opener Sahibzada Farhan, who had made it a day earlier. Sahibzada Farhan has 18 sixes in his name and in this case he broke the record of former West Indies great Nicholas Pooran, who had hit 17 sixes in the 2024 World Cup.
