Hyderabad: Telangana Jagruti President and former BRS MLC K Kavitha hit out at her brother and BRS working president KT Rama Rao after he tweeted about the Delhi liquor policy case.
Speaking to the media, she said, “He is behaving as if this case is the reason why BRS lost the Assembly and Parliamentary elections. Am I the reason for election loss? When I was arrested, no one in the party supported me. BJP social media indulged in heavy character assassination. No one defended me.”

They are twisting today’s verdict to suit their own agenda and they are holding me responsible for party’s defeat. This is not right. You are living in denial my dear brother, accept facts and do not blame me for it.”
KTR: BRS the political casualty of liquor case
It comes after KTR tweeted saying that BRS became the political casualty of the so called liquor scam in both Assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has given clean chit to Kavitha, former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia on Friday morning in Delhi liquor case.
The CBI special court judge issued orders striking down charges, saying that there is no evidence of wrongdoing by Kavitha or 23 other accused in the case.
