Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya visited RAILONE GmbH plant in Germany and signed an investment MoU worth ₹200 crore. This agreement will promote modern railway track and concrete sleeper technology in Uttar Pradesh and strengthen the rail infrastructure.
Germany/Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya inspected the manufacturing plant of leading railway infrastructure company RAILONE GmbH during his visit to Germany. During this, an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) related to investment of about ₹ 200 crore was signed between the state government and the company. This initiative is being considered a big step towards the development of modern infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh and strengthening global technical cooperation under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Study of railway infrastructure and concrete sleeper technology in Germany
The delegation led by the Deputy Chief Minister closely observed the state-of-the-art technologies of railway track and concrete sleeper manufacturing at the plant of Railvan GmbH. The delegation held detailed discussions with the company’s experts to understand the production process, quality control system and international standards. During this, information about the best practices being adopted at the global level was also obtained.
Modern rail infrastructure will get a boost in Uttar Pradesh
Through this MoU, the way has been paved for adopting modern technology and high quality standards in the field of railway infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh. This is expected to give impetus to better rail network, stronger connectivity and faster industrial development in the state. The aim of the Yogi government is to establish the state as a center of investment and industrial development.

Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said that Uttar Pradesh is fully ready for global investors and technical partners. Transparent policies, better law and order and investment friendly environment are available in the state. He expressed confidence that this cooperation with Germany will pave the way for more big industrial and infrastructure projects in the future.
