In Bharat TEX-2026, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will meet investors and promote new investments in textile, garment, footwear and tourism sectors in Madhya Pradesh.

Bhopal/New Delhi. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will participate in the Bharat Tax-2026 program organized at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on July 16. During this, he will interact with leading textile investors, industry representatives and global brands from India and abroad. The aim of the Chief Minister is to promote new investments in Madhya Pradesh and effectively present the industrial capabilities of the state on the global platform.

During the event, the Chief Minister will participate in one-to-one meetings, round table discussions and various industry-related sessions with investors. Besides, many important MoUs and investment dialogues will also be organized to increase investment in textile, garment and footwear sectors. Apart from this, the Chief Minister will also attend the conclave of Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism and Hospitality (FAITH).

Madhya Pradesh’s industrial strength will be showcased in Bharat TEX-2026

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will visit the Bharat TEX-2026 exhibition organized at Bharat Mandapam and will also inspect the Madhya Pradesh Pavilion. In this pavilion, the state’s industry-friendly policies, modern industrial infrastructure, skill development schemes, PM Mitra Park being developed in Dhar district and the entire value chain of the textile industry will be prominently displayed. During this period, the Chief Minister will also interact with the media and share information about investment opportunities available in the state.

Round table discussion to be held with industrialists on textile investment

During Bharat TEX-2026, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will participate in the round table meeting organized with leading industrialists of textile and garment industry. In the meeting, topics like textile ecosystem of Madhya Pradesh, investment possibilities, increasing exports, global competitiveness, sustainable manufacturing, logistics and skill development will be discussed in detail. Union Textiles Minister Giriraj Singh will also address this round table. The event will be attended by more than 100 industrialists, investors and representatives of various industry organizations.

Will hold one-to-one meetings with representatives of global companies

Many prominent personalities including Atul Lal, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Dixon Technologies, Manohara Kumar, CEO of Topan, Kedar Lele, CEO of Helion and Kenneth Felix Hazinski da Nobrega, Brazilian Ambassador to India will be present at the event. The Chief Minister will hold separate meetings with these representatives. Important topics like new investment, increasing production capacity, export expansion, employment generation and technical cooperation will be discussed in these meetings.

Will address investors on the topic ‘Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh’

The Chief Minister will also address an interactive session on the topic ‘Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh’ organized at Hotel The Leela. During this, detailed presentations will be given on the industrial potential of the state as well as investment opportunities in renewable energy, tourism and other emerging sectors. After the session, the Chief Minister will hold a personal meeting with industrialists and discuss the possibilities of industrial expansion and investment in the state.

The entire value chain of textile sector and PM Mitra Park will be an attraction.

The Chief Minister will highlight before the investors those characteristics of Madhya Pradesh due to which the state has become included in the major textile investment centers of the country. The entire textile value chain from cotton production to spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing and garment manufacturing is available in the state. Madhya Pradesh’s identity as the country’s largest organic cotton producing state, the ‘Farm to Fashion’ model and the PM Mitra Park being developed in Dhar district have become a center of special attraction for foreign investors.

Industrial cooperation will increase through investment promotion and MOU

The Chief Minister will also inform the industry about the industrial incentives and investment facilities available for the textile, garment and footwear sectors. On this occasion, it is proposed to sign MoUs with Apparel Export Promotion Council, Manmade and Technical Textiles Export Promotion Council and Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council. Apart from this, MoUs related to investment, skill development, industrial cooperation and export promotion will also be signed with many national and international industry organizations. From this platform, the Chief Minister will also invite the industry to participate in the Global Investors Summit proposed in January 2027.

There will also be emphasis on tourism investment in FAITH Conclave 2026

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will also participate in the Faith Conclave-2026 organized on 16 and 17 July. Organized by the Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism and Hospitality (FAITH), the theme of the event has been kept as “Incredible India: Invaluable Economics”. Policy makers of the country, prominent representatives of tourism and hospitality sector and top industry officials will participate in this conclave.

Important discussion will be held on Tourism Growth Charter

The Tourism Growth Charter will be presented in the program with the aim of accelerating economic growth, employment generation and regional development through tourism. The charter includes important proposals like giving infrastructure status to tourism, developing 50 major tourist destinations in mission mode, strengthening Brand India globally, simplifying the visa process, increasing investment in tourism infrastructure and encouraging private sector participation through single window clearance. The presence of the Chief Minister in this conclave is considered important in strengthening the new possibilities of tourism investment and development in Madhya Pradesh.
