Mp bahuti waterfall: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav saw the Waterfall in the new Gadi district panchayat during the visit to Mauganj district on Sunday. He went to the view point near the waterfall and enjoyed the beauty of the white stream like falling milk from there and the rainbow. The Chief Minister observed the beauty and natural view of the multiple waterfalls. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav performed Gaupujan at the venue near the Bahuti waterfall. During this time, Gausvak Saukhilal Yadav of Rakari village, who had the art of calling the Gaumata, who wandered in the forest with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, was presented by Saukhilal Yadav. On this occasion, the Chief Minister honored Prajapita Brahmakumari Ashram and presented mementos to him.
On reaching the Bahuti of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, the students of the traditional government postgraduate college Mauganj welcomed the Bagheli style dance and a team of local folk artists by giving them the performance of Ahirhai folk dance. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla, Minister of State for Animal Husbandry Dairy (Independent Charge) and District In -charge Minister Lakhan Patel, MLA Sarvashri Girish Gautam, Divyaraj Singh and Pradeep Patel, local public representatives, Commissioner Rewa B.S. Jamod, I.G. Citizens including Gaurav Rajput, Collector Sanjay Jain and Superintendent of Police Prajapati were present. Collector Mauganj Sanjay Jain informed that an action plan costing Rs 10 crore has been proposed for developing a lot of waterfalls as a tourist destination and development of public facilities. The collector said that the construction of a stop dam is proposed in the up stream of Bahuti Falls. Due to the accumulation of water in the stop dam, twelve months of the water stream of water fall will always remain uninterrupted.
Multi waterfall is located in Mauganj district, 75 km from Rewa. This is not only the Vindhya region but the highest waterfall in the entire Madhya Pradesh. In Bahuti, the Cellar River falls into two streams by a height of 650 feet. Below are beautiful pools and dense forests all around. In Bahuti, infinite water falls on vertical rocks. From July to September, the beauty of this fall is at its peak. The famous temple of Ashtabhuja Devi is also located near the fall. A large number of tourists from Uttar Pradesh reach here due to direct connectivity to Prayagraj and Banaras by road. It has found mural paintings of prehistoric period in Bhainshai.
