In the video shared on Instagram, the chef explains that it is very important to use the right proportion of ginger garlic paste to make it. By doing this, ginger garlic paste becomes tasty to eat. If you are using 1 kg garlic, then you should use about 400 to 500 grams of ginger in it. You can use ginger without peeling it or by removing the peel. If ginger and garlic are used in equal quantities then the taste of the food may get spoiled.

How to prepare ginger garlic paste?
- Chef explains that to make ginger garlic paste, you do not need to peel 1 kg of garlic, rather cut it into small pieces with the help of a knife.
- After cutting the garlic pieces, you can use a great trick to remove their peels. Put chopped garlic in a bowl and add about 2 to 3 spoons of cornflour or all-purpose flour in it. By doing this the peel and garlic will separate.
- You have to mix the garlic and peels with corn flour for some time and then separate the peels from the garlic as shown in the video.
- Now wash the garlic with water. Peel or cut about 400 to 500 grams of ginger into small pieces and grind it with garlic in a mixer jar without the help of water.
- To keep the ginger garlic paste for about four to six months, you will have to add about one bowl of oil in it. Doing this will not spoil it. You can store it in steel or glass jars.
