But skipper Suryakumar Yadav played an important knock and smashed an unbeaten 84 runs off 49 balls, hitting 10 boundaries and four maximums. His sensational knock helped the Men in Blue to recover and post a competitive total of 161/9 in 20 overs.
In reply, the Indian bowlers did a sensational job to restrict the USA to 132/8 in 20 overs. Mohammed Siraj took three wickets, while Arshdeep Singh and Axar Patel also picked two wickets each. The Men in Blue will look to secure another dominating win against Namibia before facing arch-rivals Pakistan on February 16.
