A very disturbing and painful news has come out from Chharra police station area under Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh. Here, two youths coaxed and kidnapped a minor girl who had gone out to buy vegetables in a village.
It is alleged that both the criminals took the victim to an isolated house 4 kilometers away from her house, forced her to drink alcohol and then carried out the gruesome incident of gang rape with her. Due to the cruelty of the brutes, the girl bled to death and became unconscious, who has been admitted to the women’s hospital in a critical condition. The police have caught both the accused.
This entire incident took place in Rukhale village under Chharra police station area of Aligarh, where a family was beset with grief. A minor girl from the Muslim community had left her house on Saturday to buy vegetables in the market as usual. Two young men from the same village, who were waiting in ambush on the way, lured him into their trap and took him along with them.
The accused dragged the girl to a house located about 4 kilometers away from her house. The family alleges that both of them forcefully made the innocent child drink alcohol, so that he would not be in a position to retaliate. After this he was taken to the second floor of the house.
Lips swollen, bite marks found on body
On the second floor of the house, both the brutes touched the modesty of the girl and played a naked dance of brutality with her. Both the accused gang-raped the girl. During this time, when the victim tried to save herself, the accused beat her fiercely and subjected her to physical cruelty. The brutality was such that the girl’s lips became badly swollen due to the brutality. Deep and horrifying marks of bite by predators were found on his face, neck and entire body. The innocent child’s body could not tolerate this brutality and she became unconscious on the spot.
Villagers informed, the accused jumped from the roof while trying to escape.
Meanwhile, an alert citizen of the village got wind of something suspicious inside the house, who without wasting time immediately called the police. As soon as the information was received, Chharra police station reached the spot with heavy force. As soon as they heard the sirens of the police vehicles, both the accused got scared and tried to run away. During this stampede, one of the accused, seeing himself surrounded, jumped straight from the second floor to the first floor, due to which he got seriously injured.
A large number of villagers of Rukhale village had also gathered on the spot. As soon as the villagers came to know about the brutality, their anger reached sky high and they caught both the accused and beat them severely. After a lot of effort, the police somehow freed both of them from the clutches of the mob and took them into their custody.
Kishan Gopal and Sanju arrested, parents asked for death sentence
Taking immediate action in this case, the police have started efforts to send both the named accused to jail. The two criminals caught by the police have been identified as Kishan Gopal Valmiki and Sanju Valmiki. The police immediately sent the unconscious and seriously injured teenager to the local health center, from where after first aid, she was admitted to the District Women’s Hospital for medical examination and better treatment, where a special team of doctors is looking after her.
After the incident, the parents and family members of the victim are in bad condition and crying. The victim’s parents, with folded hands and crying, publicly raised the demand for death sentence to both the criminals in front of top police officials.
Statement of DSP Avinesh Kumar: FIR registered under POCSO Act
Regarding this sensitive and heinous case, Circle Officer (DSP) Chharra Avinesh Kumar said that on the basis of the complaint of the victim’s family, the police has registered an FIR against the accused under very serious and serious sections of IPC/BNS including POCSO Act. Both the accused are being detained and thoroughly interrogated. The DSP assured that on the basis of the victim’s statement recorded in the court, medical report and evidence collected by the forensic team from the spot, a strong charge sheet will be filed in the court so that the culprits can be given the harshest punishment. The investigation of the case is going on with complete impartiality.
