Ketan Agrawal Murder Case: The Ketan Aggarwal murder case that took place in Lohgarh Fort of Lonavala has once again brought to the fore the pain of the victim’s family. Father Vishal Aggarwal, who lost his 26-year-old young son, has now written an emotional letter to the country’s President Draupadi Murmu, pleading for justice. In his letter, he has presented himself not as an industrialist or an influential person, but as a father who has lost his son.
Father said- Our family is completely broken
Ketan’s father Vishal Aggarwal wrote in the letter that after the brutal murder of his son, his entire family has fallen apart. He said that every morning starts with the memory of his son and every night only one question comes to his mind that when will his son get justice. He wrote that his family has still not recovered from this deep shock and only the hope of justice is supporting them to move forward.
Lost both son and father in 20 days
Vishal Aggarwal also told in his letter that his father could not bear the grief of his son’s death. Within about 20 days of Ketan’s murder, his father also died. He wrote that he lost both his son and his father in the same month. This double shock has left the entire family in deep sorrow.
Demand for hearing in fast track court
In his letter, Vishal Aggarwal has not demanded any special concession. He has only requested that the Ketan Aggarwal murder case be heard in a fast track court, so that the case can be disposed of quickly. He also demanded that the culprits be given the harshest punishment as per the law, so that a clear message is sent to the society that those who kill innocent people will not be spared under any circumstances.
‘My son will not come back, but he will definitely get justice’
In the letter, Vishal Agarwal wrote in emotional words that his son can never come back, but the culprits should be given such punishment which will force any person in future to think before committing such a heinous crime. He said that justice is not only necessary for his family but also to maintain faith in the law in the society.
Appeal for personal intervention from the President
Vishal Aggarwal has appealed to President Draupadi Murmu to personally intervene in this matter and ensure speedy justice. He wrote that his family has lost everything and now all they have left is the hope of justice. Making an emotional appeal, he said that this case should not be allowed to remain just another file, because behind it lies the pain of a family which has suffered a huge loss.
