The rectum is the lowest organ of the body. The stool passes through the rectum and comes out through the anus. But, there are some mistakes that can damage the rectum. Due to one such mistake, a Chinese man’s rectum came out of his body during defecation.
What happened was that this man used to play video games on his phone in the toilet for at least 30 minutes every day. One day during midnight the man’s rectum came out during defecation. A 6-inch long rectum was protruding from his buttocks, after which he was taken to the hospital.
Why did the rectum come out?
When the person was taken to the hospital, the doctors believed that the person used to sit excessively in the bathroom due to which his pelvic muscles became weak. Doctors called this condition rectal prolapse and said that this is a condition in which the intestines start getting separated from the body and start turning from inside to outside. Doctors told that this person had the problem of rectal prolapse in childhood which was not treated and the problem got worse as he grew up. Due to sitting in the toilet for a long time, his rectum came out of the body.
What can happen if you use a phone in the toilet?
Sitting excessively on the toilet seat has long-term effects and can cause various health problems –
hemorrhoid – If you sit on the toilet seat while using the phone for a long time, it can cause piles. Hemorrhoids are swollen veins on the lining of the anus which burst due to friction due to defecation and bleeding starts from the rectum. In such a situation a person may suffer from piles.
Weakness of pelvic muscles – If one sits on the toilet for a long time while defecating, the pelvic muscles start becoming weak. When pelvic muscles become weak, problems like constipation, leaking stool, leakage of urine while laughing or coughing and pain while urinating start occurring.
rectal prolapse – In this, the rectum starts coming out of the body and the intestines start turning outwards.
