The video of a school in Amla police station area of Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh is going viral on social media, in which the principal is seen reading the Namaz inside the school. This case has come out from the primary school in village Rasula, from where the video of the principal offering prayers in the school is going viral on social media. As soon as this video came in front, there was a stir and Hindu organizations raised strong objection to this.
Some students of the school said that this is not the first time, when the headmaster offered prayers inside the school. Children say that during school time, the principal sit in the classroom every day and offer prayers. Due to this, the education of the rest of the students is also disrupted and the atmosphere is also affected. Now the video is going viral on social media while reading the prayer of the principal.
Demand for action from CM
Hindu organizations and some social workers have taken this incident seriously. Hindu youth leader Himanshu Patel shared this video on X and demanded strict action from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He wrote, “Such religious activities in the temple of education are not only inappropriate. But it can also have a wrong impact on children’s thinking.”
Officers visited school
Himanshu Patel also wrote that schools are considered a secular place, but such activities are disturbing the dignity there. He also said that if a Hindu teacher talks about the temple or yagna in school, then immediate action is taken on it, but why the administration remains silent in such incidents. As soon as the matter came to know about the case, the police station police and education department officials visited the school and started investigating the whole matter.
Notice given to principal
Now the principal of the school is being questioned. Also, the truth of the video is also being tested. The Basic Education Officer said that if the allegations are found to be correct, then departmental action will be taken against the principal. At present, he has been issued a notice and sought a reply. The people of village Rasula have been divided into two sides in this matter. Some people are in support of the principal and are looking at it with their religious freedom. On the other hand, some people are considering this task as indiscipline and wrong example for children.
