This new feature has been given in the latest version 25.14 of Google Play Service.

Once the phone is restarted, after restart the phone, you will need to enter the password/pattern/PIN to unlock. After restart, the fingerprint or face unlock feature also does not work, the phone has to be unlocked only through password, pin or pattern.
