Immense possibilities in cooperative sector in MP… Shah said- Cooperatives will now distribute from train tickets to gas

Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah led the ‘State Level Cooperative Conference’ in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday. He said that Prime Minister Modi himself has made a big change in the cooperative movement. Madhya Pradesh has immense possibilities in farming, farming and cooperative sector. Shah said that today states across the country have adopted model bylaws. I thank the state governments. He has given a new life to the cooperative sector of the country by accepting model bylaws.

Amit Shah said that there are many possibilities in all three areas of agriculture, animal husbandry and cooperation in Madhya Pradesh. For this, we all need to do a lot of work. Gradually it was becoming extinct in the states. In some states, it worked on all the parameters of rural and economic development. It was officialized in some places. In many places, cooperative movement was distributed across the country. The main reason for this was that the changes in its laws should not have happened over time.

‘There was no cooperative ministry at the central level’

He said that in our constitution, all cooperatives except multi -state are the subject of the states. The way the situation changed in the country, steps were not taken. And how could they think, there was no cooperative ministry at the central level. For the first time after independence, the Modi government formed this ministry. My good fortune is that the first ministry was assigned to me. Even today cooperatives are the responsibility of the state. The central government cannot make any changes.

Fisherman needs to strengthen society, dairy or packs

Amit Shah said during this time that the first task of the Ministry of Cooperatives was to make model bylaws at the primary level. It was sent to all state governments. Many people said that it will be given to politics. NDA is not in power in many states. But today it has been adopted in all states. When your intention is right, you want to work hard, then everything is right. Today I thank the states across the country for this.

He said that until fishermen society, dairy or packs are strong, there cannot be development in all three areas. Today there are more than 300 facilities at the pack counter. Whether train tickets or licenses, people do not need to go out of the village. Now all other work from gas cylinders, petrol pumps and packs is going to be passed. He said that Madhya Pradesh is the first state in computerization of PACS. This has brought transparency, all these packs will appear in the language of the farmer. The central government has created such facility in every language.

Dairy will reach 50 percent villages in 5 years

Shah said that farmers will get more benefits through these three cooperative societies. Farmers will reach the global market. When the farmer goes to sell his milk in the market, he has trouble. But we have to increase the income of farmers by using it properly through cooperative societies. Out of 350 crore liters of milk in the state, only 2.5 percent comes in dairy. We have to increase this so that the income of farmers also increases. He also discussed the contract between the state government and NDBD.

He said that the scope to reach 83 percent of the villages of cooperative societies has been opened due to the contract made by the Madhya Pradesh government with NDDB today. A target has been set to deliver dairy to 83 percent of the villages. In the first 5 years, 50 percent of the villages reach the dairy and the farmers get the benefit. If finance is required for this, then the MCD of the Government of India will help. But the farmer should get 100 percent profit of his milk production, only then will be more production.

He said that after 20 years, it is going to become bigger than Amul and other organizations. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav, BJP State President and MP Vishnu Dutt Sharma, MP Cooperative Minister Vishwas Sarang, MP’s Animal Husbandry Minister Lakhan Patel, MP Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, Cooperative Secretary Ashish Kumar Bhutani and people from cooperative and dairy cooperatives from across the state were present during this conference.
