The workforce solution released on Saturday and the Human Resource Services Provider Genius Consultants said in a report that 45 percent of the companies are planning to appoint new permanent posts for FY 2025-26, while 13 percent are planning to replace employees in existing posts. Genius Consultants have prepared this report by talking to about 1600 market experts.
Number of contract jobs increased
The report further stated that the number of people working on contract also increased. Many companies are getting their work done by temporary employees. 26 percent are companies that have shown more interest in hiring temporary and contractual employees. However, 16 percent of the organizations indicated that there is no recruitment plan for FY 2025-26, which is a positive signal for the Permanent Job Market.

According to the report, 37 percent of employers said that their goal is to recruit middle-level professionals, while 26 percent said that they would hire delivery people for Gig employees i.e. e-commerce companies. Apart from this, 19 percent of the companies are showing interest in giving jobs to the pressure. At the same time, 18 percent of companies will hire people on senior labels, in which 21 percent companies are from retail, e-commerce and quick commerce sector.
Companies are speaking to extract 13 percent new talented jobs in IT and telecom sectors, 10 percent of new talented jobs in transport and real estate. Along with freshers in these sectors, experience people will also get jobs this year.
