How is the performance of the star cast of ‘Ikka’?
Sunny Deol is the life of the entire film. His anger, restraint and emotional performance this time seems more mature than before. His screen presence in many courtroom scenes is fantastic. Akshay Khanna once again does wonders in negative shade. His calm demeanor, dialogue delivery and mysterious personality make every scene strong. Tilottama Shome is the most pleasant surprise of the film. He has given a very impressive performance opposite Sunny Deol in the courtroom. Dia Mirza leaves a deep impression in the short screen time, while Sanjeeda Sheikh and Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor also do justice to their characters.

Sidharth P. Malhotra has presented the story in a realistic manner instead of making it more spicy than necessary. He has saved the courtroom drama from being overdramatic and has presented the Sunny-Akshay clash in a balanced manner. Although the pace of the film slows down in some parts after the interval, but by the time it reaches the climax the director tightens his grip again. The final reveal satisfies the audience.
