Tomato and Carrot Soup
Tomatoes contain lycopene and carrots are rich in Vitamin A, which is considered beneficial for increasing immunity and eye health.
Material
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp butter
Method of preparation
Boil tomatoes, carrots, onions and garlic in water. When it cools down, grind it in a mixer. Return the mixture to the pan and add butter, salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes and serve hot.
