Punjab’s famous singer Sunanda Sharma has registered a case against her producer Pushpendra (Pinky) Dhaliwal. Action has also been taken in this case and music producer Pinky has also been arrested. An FIR has also been lodged against Pinky’s son Gurkaran Singh Dhaliwal in this case. Sunanda has alleged that producer Pinky’s son promised to marry her but later cheated. Now the singer, taking action, has accused the producer and his son of illegally occupying cheating, mental exploitation and property.
According to singer Sunanda Sharma, Pinky Dhaliwal cheated him for a long time. The director has been accused of financially cheating on the singer’s payment and preparing digital and fake sign on the pretext of managing the payment. Not only this, Sunanda has also taken this thing in the notice of the CM of Punjab. In this case, Sunanda also got the support of the Women’s Commission, with the help of which an FIR was lodged against the music director. FIR was registered against him under sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 341, 500 and 506. Apart from this, the singer has also shared the post through social media and has told his agony.
