The first review of Janhvi Kapoor and Sidharth Malhotra’s Param Sundari is out. Lifestyle influencer, Simone Khambatta, joined the cast and makers of the rom-com at a private screening in Mumbai on Wednesday evening.
Calling it the ‘best’ rom-com, she gave a thumbs-up to the movie, which is scheduled to arrive in theatres on August 29.

Simone shared her review on Instagram Story. The first slide read, “Rom Com at its BEST! In frame with the proud director. @tusharjalota! not to There is nothing not to love about Param Sundari. It’s a super feel good movie And is highly entertaining!”

Recently, Sidharth and Janhvi attended the music launch of Param Sundari in Mumbai along with other members of the filmmaking team. The actor, who plays Param in the rom-com, said, “This film and its music are really close to my heart. I absolutely love the songs, and I’m so grateful to the incredible singers who’ve brought it alive. Sonu sir, Sachin-Jigar, Aditya, Krishnakali – they’ve all done such an amazing job. Their voices bring so much soul to the film, and I feel truly happy to be a part of this journey.”
Janhvi added, “Every song in this album has its own unique vibe, beautifully blending classical tunes with a Bollywood touch, a combination I truly love. With each track, my admiration for the music only grows stronger, and I can’t wait for audiences to experience and cherish it as much as I do.”
Directed by Tushar Jalota, Param Sundari is a cross-cultural love story set in Kerala. According to early estimates, around 12,000 tickets were booked for the first day of the film after the advance booking window opened on Wednesday.
