Scientists say that if our parents live longer, children will also live longer, there is some truth in this. According to research, the role of genes in living beyond 100 years is only 20 to 30 percent. The remaining 70-80 percent depends on our lifestyle, environment, healthcare and our luck. For long life, food should be very simple. Especially, one should stay away from processed food. The diet should include more vegetables, fruits, pulses and grains. Non-vegetarian food should be consumed in small quantities.
