In Bhopal, she lived with her sister Megha Uike in a rented house in Aishbagh area. On Tuesday morning, ASI Yogesh came to meet his wife and asked her to forget the old issues and live together, but things did not work out.

During this time his sister-in-law also came there. The sister opposed Vineeta going to Maravi’s house. A dispute started with Yogesh regarding this. The dispute escalated so much that angry Yogesh Maravi attacked his wife Vineeta with a knife. When his sister came to save him, she was also attacked with a knife. They attacked so many people one after the other that both of them bled to death and Yogesh fled from the spot. Both were sent to the hospital for treatment, where both died.

ASI Yogesh ran away after closing the door

There was a maid at home at the time of the incident, who came out and informed the neighbors and informed the police on dial 100. A CCTV related to the incident has also surfaced, in which the accused is seen going towards the house with a weapon in the bag. After committing the crime, he closed the door of the house from outside and ran away. As soon as the information was received, Aishbagh police station along with senior officers also reached the spot. The bodies of both were sent for post-mortem and investigation was started.
