The hooliganism of the block chief’s husband and his henchmen has come to light openly at the Fatehpur toll plaza of Mirzapur Adalhat police station area of ​​Uttar Pradesh. When toll employees asked for toll from people riding Scorpio and Fortuner, firing was done. This incident happened on Wednesday night. The Scorpio and Fortuner car riders wanted to pass the vehicle without paying toll tax, when they were stopped by the toll employees, they first tried to remove the barrier. When the toll employees protested, they took out rifles and pistols from the vehicle and started firing several rounds.

During this time there was chaos at the toll plaza. The employees started running to save their lives. The incident has been reported by Ramzan Abdullah Patel, Deputy General Manager of ACP Tollways Private Limited, Fatehpur, at Adalhat police station. According to the complaint, two cars, Scorpio Fortuners, came from Sonbhadra side at Fatehpur toll at around 1 o’clock on Wednesday night, in which 8 to 9 people were traveling. When the toll worker asked for toll tax, both the car riders started abusing and removing the barrier at the toll. When the employees protested, he threatened to kill them and fired 4 to 5 rounds from pistol and rifle. After this he left without paying toll.

Case registered against 9 people

On the complaint of Deputy General Manager of ACP Tollways, Adalhat police have registered a case against seven named and two unidentified and have started investigation. It is being told that Rajan Singh, husband of Baby Singh, head of Babhni block of Sonbhadra, was going from Sonbhadra towards Banaras in a Scorpio and Fortuner car. There were 8 to 9 people traveling with him in it. On reaching the toll plaza, they wanted to pass without paying toll. When the toll plaza employees were talked to in this matter, they told that the CCTV has been taken away by the Adalhat police.

Police engaged in investigation of the case

After this, when CCTV footage was asked from Adalhat police, they refused to give it. In this regard, police station in-charge Amit Kumar Mishra said that on the basis of the complaint, a case has been registered against the people riding Scorpio and Fortuner. Additional Superintendent of Police OP Singh and CO Manjari Rao have inspected the incident site. The entire matter is still being investigated.
