As the 14th Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Hemant Soren will take the oath of office and secrecy for the fourth time today i.e. on 28th November at 4:00 pm at Morhabadi Ground in Ranchi. Jharkhand Governor Santosh Gangwar will administer the oath of office to Soren as the Chief Minister. Hemant Soren has invited many senior leaders from the party and opposition to this swearing-in ceremony. An order issued due to this swearing-in ceremony remains a topic of discussion. According to this order, instructions have been given to keep government and private schools of Ranchi closed.
In the order, the District Education Officer said that the swearing-in ceremony of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers is going to be held on Wednesday. In such a situation, there will be a lot of crowd in the district, due to which all the schools in the district will remain closed.
There may be traffic jam in the city, hence schools will remain closed
Held at Morabadi, Ranchi, more than one lakh people from across the state are expected to attend the swearing-in ceremony. People coming from outside will reach the oath-taking ground in their personal vehicles and buses. Due to which there is a possibility of jam-like situation in the city, the order further said that in such a situation, due to school running, students coming by school bus may get stuck in the jam for hours, which will not be good for them. Along with this, it was also told in the order that many parents are appealing for closure of the school. This is why orders have been given to keep all schools closed today.
Cabinet expansion will happen after floor test
Hemant Soren will take oath of office and secrecy as Chief Minister on November 28 after getting a huge majority in the assembly elections in Jharkhand with 56 seats. It is being said that after Soren takes oath, the government will expand its cabinet only after passing the floor test in the assembly.
These veterans were invited to the swearing in ceremony.
Hemant Soren invited everyone from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Home Minister Amit Shah, Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge, Priyanka Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, Bhagwant Mann, Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, Akhilesh Yadav, Uddhav Thackeray, Mehbooba Mufti, Uday Stalin, Tejashwi for the swearing-in ceremony. Many veteran leaders including Yadav, Mamata Banerjee have been sent as leaders.
Apart from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, about one and a half dozen leaders associated with the India Alliance from different states of the country can attend the swearing-in ceremony to be held at Morhabadi Maidan in Ranchi today.
