Regarding the Dargah located in Ajmer, Rajasthan, it is being claimed that there is a Shiva temple there. After this, the Hindu side reached the court regarding this matter and the court has sent a notice to the concerned parties. The next hearing in this case will now be held on December 20. After this, comments have started coming from the Muslim community. Syed Naseeruddin Chishti, president of the All India Sufi Sajjadanasheen Council and a descendant of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, said the government should intervene in this.
“Will present our stand strongly”
Syed Naseeruddin Chishti said, the court has sent notice to the concerned parties in this matter. One of those concerned parties is the Dargah Committee, ASI and the third is the Ministry of Minority Affairs. He further said, this is a matter related to the Dargah of our elders, we have kept a close watch on this matter, we are talking to our lawyers. He also said, we will take whatever legal steps we have to take and present our stand with full strength.
“Claims are being made on the mosque every day”
Syed Naseeruddin Chishti said, every day it is being seen in the country that sometimes a mosque is being claimed as a temple, sometimes a Dargah is being claimed as a temple, this is not in the interest of our country. Today India is going to become a global power, for how long will we remain entangled in the dispute of temple and mosque, what disputes of temple and mosque will we leave to our future generations.

Appealed to the government to make a law

Having impure thoughts and talking like this is hurting the faith of lakhs and crores of people and this is being done to divide the society. Talking about Sambhal, he said, I also condemn the violence in Sambhal. I appeal to the Government of India to intervene in this matter. Such a law should be brought or guidelines should be made so that no one points a finger at such religious places.
Referring to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, Syed Naseeruddin Chishti said, Mohan Bhagwat is a responsible person of this country, he had said in the year 2022 that for how long will we keep looking for Shivalaya in every mosque, after all what is the need that Shivalaya should be found in every mosque. The pagoda should be found.
