Police in action mode in Maharashtra cash case, 4 people arrested for beating Sudesh Chaudhary

There was a huge uproar in the Maharashtra Assembly elections regarding the Nalasopara cash scandal. Bahujan Vikas Aghadi candidate and Hitendra Thakur’s son Kshitij Thakur was accused of beating Shiv Sena (Shinde faction) leader Sudesh Chaudhary. Kshitij faced defeat in the elections. Now Tulinj police has come into action mode in this matter. The police have arrested 4 people who beat him. Notices have been issued to 51 people involved in the incident and they have been directed to appear.

In this case, Shiv Sena leader Sudesh Chaudhary had lodged an FIR against 200 to 250 people including Kshitij Thakur, Prateek Thakur. Now the police is preparing to crack down on all the accused. Under this, the police have arrested 4 people. The video of this entire matter was also revealed.

Complaint was lodged at Tulinj police station

Actually Sudesh Chaudhary had told that he had gone to the hotel to meet BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde. During this time, he was accused of distributing money and beaten up. He said that these allegations were made due to old rivalry. Sudesh had lodged a complaint about this entire matter at Tulinj police station. The police had registered an FIR against Kshitij Thakur under sections 118 (1), 189 (2), 189 (3) and section 115 of the Indian Penal Code.

Due to this cash scandal in Maharashtra, the political temperature not only in the state but also in the country had become high. The opposition had accused BJP of trying to win the elections by distributing money. Uddhav Thackeray also attacked BJP on this issue and said that nothing was found in his bag, but Vinod Tawde is distributing the money. Many leaders including Asaduddin Owaisi, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi had demanded strict action regarding this matter.
