Saffron-Pista Shahi Phirni Cup
Material
- 1 liter milk
- 4 tbsp soaked rice
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- saffron threads
- chopped pistachios and almonds
- dried rose petals
Method of preparation
Grind the soaked rice slightly coarsely. Now heat milk in a pan and add rice paste to it. Cook on low flame while stirring continuously until it thickens. Then add sugar, saffron and cardamom in it. Put the prepared phirni in a small earthen pot or glass and cool it in the refrigerator. Garnish with pistachios and rose petals and serve.
2. Date-Chocolate Matcha Mousse
Material
- 10 seedless dates
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- chopped dry fruits
Method of preparation
Soak dates in hot milk for 10 minutes and grind them. Melt dark chocolate and add date paste to it. Now add whipping cream and fold well. Fill the prepared mixture in small pots and keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Sprinkle dry fruits on top and serve chilled.
Rooh Afza Falooda Trifle
Material
- 2 tbsp Rooh Afza
- Steamed Falooda Sev
- vanilla ice cream
- soaked sabja seeds
- cold milk
- jelly cubes
- chopped fruits
Method of preparation
First pour Rooh Afza in a tall glass. Then apply layer of falooda sev, sabja seeds and jelly. Pour cold milk over it and then place ice cream. Finally garnish with chopped fruits and dry fruits. This dessert looks very refreshing in summer.
Malai Kulfi Cheesecake Jar
Material
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 4 cardamom biscuits
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- chopped pistachios
- saffron syrup
Method of preparation
Crush the biscuits and set them at the bottom of the jar. Now beat the cream, condensed milk and cream cheese well. Put this mixture in a jar and pour saffron syrup on top. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours. Add pistachios before serving. Its taste gives pleasure to both Kulfi and Cheesecake.
